... Aqua had no developer closings in January. With the 16 sales in October, 12 in November, and 3 in December, we just made it over the 30 that were reported to be sold by the MLS in September. I believe it is fair to say the original claim that "LIMITED TIME ONLY OVER 30 ALREADY SOLD" may have been a little misleading to say the least. Having said that, the sales volume has been impressive for the off season. The last ten sales have ranged from $239 - $273 a square foot. They are clearly making their way thru the remaining developer inventory. |
