Remote bidder
I am interested in the auction, but do not have the time to come to Panama City. Is there a way someone can represent me during the auction. I would be interested in someone bidding for me who would be looking out for my interests.

Brandon,
We can fill out some paperwork that would give me specific authority to act on your behalf. You would give me guidance as to what you would like and I can act for you. I would represent you as a single agent and be loyal to you and your interests during the auction. I have been thru several of these types of auctions and have a clear understanding of what to expect. You would also have 15 days to review the condo docs and make sure this is what you want after we were under contract. This will keep you and your interests nice and safe. Feel free to contact me. 850-625-5113 is my cell.
