Shores of Panama update Since the new pricing release, Shores of Panama has closed on three condos. All of these condos were purchased with cash. Shores of Panama is still working on completing all of the necessary paperwork to make banks comfortable loaning on these condos. For now they are taking reservations on available units. |

Shores of Panama is now closing on phase II condos Shores of Panama has there contracts fully approved by the state. They are now closing existing reservations. New buyers can go straight to contract. Financing is currently available thru local banks. The secondary market may follow suit at a later date. |
